High-precision metering: The volumetric measuring cup or screw metering technology is used to support the precise quantitative measurement of granular and powdered desiccants (error ≤±0.5%). Packaging molding and sealing
Back-sealed bag design: The roll film is made into a cylinder through a vertical former, and the back edge sealing is completed by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing technology to form a three-side or four-side sealed bag. The heat sealing temperature is precisely controlled by the PID independent temperature control system (temperature difference ≤3℃) to ensure a smooth seal and no leakage.
